Exactly, because no one acts like this. The character was stupid, and a total waste of time. It's trying to be sooooo realistic, yet i know of no one who ever acted like this ahole in my whole life. It's not realistic, it's just an excuse for hollyweird to normalize violence. Stupid, stupid, propped up dumb film
It's because the movie an unrealistic stinking pile of over-rated propped up by the Italian movie garbage!!!
It's not that he's unlikable, it's that he's not realistic in the least. People are aholes, but not like this. The movie took it way overboard. If they could have reigned it in just a bit, it may have worked, but they blew it big time trying to be so over the top.
The movie was a total waste of time, and no one acts like this total psycho. It's just another stupid excuse for the hollyweirdo's to program the people to think this behavior is normal. At the very best, it's a character study of a highly fictional character that in real life, no one would put up with for even 1 day.

I completely agree!!! Now we know the mafia propped up a ton of these stupid Italian movies. They are not really good or popular at all. It's all just fake ratings BS hollyweird homo's all scratching each other's backs.
It was not powerfully acted. It was just violent overblown aggression that is not fun to watch. No one acts like that, so it's just not even realistic really. This trash film was just propped up by the mob. Nothing more.

Original poster is correct, and loepark is likely part of the mafia that props up this junk film. No one acts like Jake in real life, and so it's just another garbage film. Even if people do supposedly act like him, no one cars to see 2 hours of that stupid crap on screen. Film will rub off on you, and the characters mannerisms will as well. OP is correct, this film is total garbage, and not inspirational in any way shape or form as a character study or ANYTHING. I could remake this story to be more inspirational and a characters study in a heartbeat. Your junk film is only propped up by mob italians that control some portion of hollywood, and nothing more.

Agreed! OP is probably in a competition with this movie, and decided to try and blemish it. Predictable my ASS!! This was like a Black Mirror episode on steroids, and scored 9/10 for me!

Agreed. The imdb score and youtube comments on the trailer are so obviously fake now that i know this movie is 6/10 at best. Reminds me of that movie Signs. Just way to much empty dead air followed up by more extra ordinarily slow scenes. There is not a fine line between genuine art and useless filler. The movie barely made 90 minutes, so i'm guessing they fell short, and slowed these scenes down even more. Not worth watching, and i turned it off after 20 minutes. I won't be tricked into waiting around for these scenes to end, hahaha
