And here is the problem with the two parties. One always thinks they know all. You have to be a fool to believe what you just typed. I honestly don't even know where to start, but here we go. Trump didn't set the interest rates, wow, that one takes the cake for sure though. While he did overspend, covid played a huge factor into that, but during his presidency tax revenue kept going up, even with his tax cuts. The Biden administration is playing this whole thing wrong, they do more finger pointing anything else. This was going to happen regardless who was President because of what the Fed is doing. Instead of being an adult, those in his administration flock to the televisions and blame oil companies and businesses instead saying this was going to happen regardless and they're doing their best. This ship will take a long time to correct course. But, Biden is totally lost. He can't even speak for crying out loud. Some intern is probably running the country. But its okay for the government to lie about terrorism to use the Patriot Act to throw us into a frenzy so they can use illegal mass spying against everyone? There is literally no difference here. In both examples the government is violating your privacy. The only difference here is Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama support the Patriot Act. So, its totally fine. Of course it does. You just don't like it because "women's rights". Let me remind people. The Patriot Act violated the privacy of every American. Yet most Democrats supported it. Politicians don't actually care about you or abortion or free choice, they care about your vote. Thanks Biden for the current recession! No, we weren't going that far? You clearly have no idea what I'm trying to say. You see my words, yet no have idea what those words even mean. You dumb f@uck! If this child had went to a doctor to see if she was pregnant before the 6 weeks, wouldn't that be important information? The fact that I asked that is setting you off shows how dumb you truly are! In addition, I never once said I support the ban in Ohio, which means you're a gutless troll. A troll you enjoys calling people rapists. Don't bother replying anymore to any of my comments. You're wasting not only my time but your own. Maybe we will all get luck and you won't be around much longer. You're a special kind of stupid. Words have meanings. Clearly you don't understand that. Exactly, which is pretty much all I'm asking. However, none of the stories about this case have reported on that aspect. Read my comment, if it were up to me no one would be allowed to take it, especially children. And? You are pretending we know all the details? Does any of the article on this story say the child whether the child told an adult what happened? And then went to see a doctor before the six weeks? See, you just like to get upset without actually reading what I'm saying. You're a clown. I didn't mean if she didn't know if she was pregnant. Because she was raped I'm wondering why a pregnancy test wasn't done after the rape. I'm assuming she went to the doctors since is a major story. Sadly, these details haven't been mentioned. But I do agree, even if you support banning abortion, there needs to be exemptions for cases like this. From my understanding, and yes we do need for information on this case, the Ohio law outlaws abortion after 6 weeks. No exception for the health of the mother. How did I know Methotrexate would pop up in this article. I started taking that drug about 20 years ago. Took it for a few years. How its still on the market shows how easy Big Pharma has bought off the medical industry, including those "trustful doctors". I do find it odd they would try and block a woman from taking it to induce an abortion. The odds are more likely the person taking it will have more harm caused to them by taking it. I don't think any sane person would suggest abortion is a great thing for society. However, sometimes it is needed. For crying out loud just this week we saw a 10 year old prevented from having an abortion in her own state after she was raped. She is 10!! The point should be this big jump in violence....period! Using a gun or not shouldn't be the focus. Democrats have been deceiving Americans on this issue for awhile now. Leading up to the SC decision we'd hear how 60 percent of Americans supported abortion, but they never mentioned an equal percentage would like to see limits on abortion. They're getting their hopes up that this decision will prevent the GOP from taking the Senate in November. It might help them in a state like Pennsylvania, but I don't think it will overall. The news media being the big 3 or 4 if you will. Fox, CBS, NBC, and ABC. I doubt they would allow faulty products to be given a pass. Some would of course, if they advertise and pay well you know. That is a good joke, and definitely true. That example with the pinto fits in perfectly with today. General Motors had issues with their steering about a decade or so, shortly after the bailout. About a dozen or so people actually died from it. Nothing ever really came of it. I know especially of this because the Chevy Cobalt my father had at the time suffered from this issue. The dealer claimed it was the steering column, they "fixed it", but the problem never was solved. We are seeing the same problem now with Hyundai/Kia with their engine fires. Owners are actually being told not to park their cars in a garage. I don't mention this because we shouldn't have regulation, but I do mention it because when failures like this do happen, the nuts come out saying the government needs to step aside. I get what you're say, and I don't really disagree. But with 24 hour news media, things aren't like they were decades ago. And how many are truly advocating the removal of product safety regulations? The fringe most likely, but that would be an extremely small group. Not even worth getting upset over at that point. I've seen extreme libertarianism, and I'm no fan of it at all. I'm libertarian in the sense that I'm socially liberal and fiscally conservative. I generally speed shop for groceries, I know what I want, but many do spend an hour or two shopping around. I personally like to try new items for myself, but as I said if you wanted to see what others said you can look online. I highly doubt websites like Walmart and Amazon would be willing to just delete reviews for no reason, unless it offends someone with their comments. Generally, yes, if a product is bad the consumer will ignore it and it will disappear. This happens even now. I'm speaking to actual safety of products. Products that might need to be recalled for example. Protections are actually helpful there. If hardcore libertarians want to disagree about that, then I'd say they're wrong. I don't know all the information on the shooter, but from what that user linked to in his thread, its hard to believe he is a Trump supporter. Like you said, its possible he lost trust in Trump and that is why he was poking fun at him on social media and in person. That's absurd. Who claims this? Ever been to Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia? Big base of Democrats and Democrats who use guns.
