Yeah, I did go during the opening weekend. So that was definitely a mistake on my part. But I was really impatient on seeing it. I waited so long to see this movie. Couldn't. The entire theater was booked, except for the seats way in the front. I thought the sequel was pathetic. Lol...thanks. I'll never accept the assigned seating process. Ever. I went on a Sunday night. Didn't think it would be that crowded. I was wrong. Hmmm...I guess that theory makes sense. But then again, so you're saying that Kyle's interaction with his mom and sister, are nothing more than a purgatory based simulation? The trailer says a lot about the overall film. Whatever. I'll say what I want. And me disliking the trailer has nothing to do with having a problem with women. I know a crappy movie when I see one. You know what's embarrassing? Typing in all caps. Well last time I went to see Joker, I went to a regular screening, and there was still assigned seating. So apparently assigned seats must be the new norm. The Witch is such an interesting and unusual type of horror film. I enjoyed it. 1. The Hills Have Eyes 2. High Tension 3. 28 Days Later 4. The Descent 5. Session 9 He provided the cannibals with fresh meat (people) by recommending that "short cut". I think he was pretty much trapped in a sick deal with the cannibals. If he didn't provide them with new people, than they'd probably kill him. But then again, if that was the case, the old man should've just left the gas station. He could've escaped. And as in for the bag of jewels, I guess that was a gift from the cannibals for his cooperation. 1. The family was stranded out in the middle of nowhere. The whole situation was messed up. I could understand Bobby not wanting to tell them. 2. Big Bob didn't know where the voices were coming from. And there was no clear indication that the voices were coming from the car. 3. I agree. Bobby was very foolish and irresponsible with that gun. I didn't approve of his behavior. You never point a gun at someone, not even in a jokingly type of way. That was uncalled for. 4. Even though I did think the trailer blowing up made for a cool scene, I could also agree that it was highly unnecessary. And I also agree that Bobby was a super lousy shot. He had so many chances to shoot that cannibal maniac. He wasted so many bullets. But then again, I guess I would say that he was totally freaked out and probably not on his A-game. I mean, I'm not sure how I would react if I witnessed a cannibal feasting on my mom's dead body either. But then again, on a side-note...I'd probably use the gun more accurately than Bobby did, regardless how distraught I was. Just sayin. 5. To be fair, Doug thought he was dead. I wondered that as well. I don't think there's technically anything illegal about him bringing those tools with him. But the explosives is definitely something he wouldn't of been able to bring on a plane. But for the movie's sake, I'll just overlook that one small detail. Like someone else in the comment section said, "Pre 9/11". So maybe security at the airport just didn't notice. It Follows Well, I think he intended on committing suicide, but his rage towards Murray took over. He transitioned from suicide to homicide. Simple as that. And really, it's not that uncommon. Many psychopathic maniacs have had a similar thought process. And also, I think after killing that former employee in his apartment, he got a taste of murder, and probably lost interest in killing himself. Bloodlust took over and replaced his desire to die. Chatroom Simple answer - no. Yep, pretty much.
