Exactly! Well said!
Sounds good. First order of business, to denounce capitalism...we all have to ditch our smartphones, leave the internet, stop driving, never go shopping again, and leave our homes. For starters.
I've never understood people who flat out hate Tom Cruise. I mean, I can understand not liking all his films...but downright hating him, in general??
Well, I won't be returning. So I'm not worried about it.
Agreed. Home theater is pretty much as good as it gets.
Seating arrangements at a theater is nothing like reserved seating on an airplane. They are different. Equating them is useless. I still think assigned seating at a movie theater is lame af.
I still think that sounds lame.
Maybe if Joker 2 comes out. Lol
If we've reached the point in society where people can't even decide where they'll sit... than we're in trouble. And I wouldn't equate the seating process at a theater to that of a football game.
I didn't say drive in. I said dine in.
The seating is indeed, part of that essence. Lol
Yeah I know.
The trailers were annoying, I must say. And there were a ton of people loudly laughing at moments that had absolutely no comedic intention. And 20 bucks for one ticket seemed steep to me.
Assigned seats / reserved seats are wrong. It takes away the essence of what a movie theater is supposed to be.

I refuse to discuss politics on this website. MovieChat is for movies only. Period. If I wanna discuss politics... I'll go to Reddit.
Superhero movies are so played out. The last superhero flick I enjoyed was The Dark Knight. But that was only because of Heath Ledger's role as The Joker.
I'll always respect the film. But I agree, as a comedy, it didn't age well.
Exactly.
Yeah, you could basically hear the screen hum... even when it was silent.
