Could they squeeze any more females into this?

I just watched the trailer and it is jarringly full of females. Females in almost every major role like they were sitting there like "How can we possibly fit more females in this? The force is female lol rofl"

So jarring in fact that I had to come here immediately to make a post about how jarring it is.

Please convince me that this is not a telltale sign of this being another Disney pile of shit.

As long as the chicks are attractive and can fight well, I think most incels and virgins will let it slip. Better not be all about feminine issues.

Like using force powers to pull your tampon out?

You're better off just watching the original Star Wars Trilogy since its virtually all dudes

The original trilogy is (mostly) also incredibly well written, has likeable characters, good direction and no overabundance of CGI smeared over the screen or boring "Volume" backgrounds that lack depth and realism, unlike the modern iteration of Star Wars. Good call, everyone should ignore modern Star Wars and just stick with the originals. I see no issue at all with that tbh.

If they keep it up they'll be on par with the play "Nunsense," where the entire cast is female and no males are in it at all.

Literally what happened - guaranteed.

It is another pile of Disney shit.

Maybe it's good shit.

Maybe it's bad shit.

I'm sure the writing will progressively get worse as the seasons move on.

There are some jarring ass shots but not nearly enough.

It didn’t bother me at first since all the women are liked by the fans (although I personally never cared for Ahsoka), but 2 episodes in and I’m like “where are all the men?” For the good guys anyway? There’s not even enough fan-service to justify an all-female main cast here.

Aside from the robot, it's like all the major male characters so far are villains. Even the guys at the docks turned out to be bad guys. Something tells me Mando and Luke aren’t gonna show up to help (god forbid), while Ezra likely won’t appear till the very last minute.

Star Wars was a male-oriented franchise, so most of the cast were men, there’s nothing wrong with that. Women were welcome to check it out, and there were prominent female characters, but Star Wars was a guy thing. Women had their own fandoms, like Twilight and 50 Shades and stuff. Nowadays, it’s like women HAVE to be in every male-based fandom and change everything to suit their tastes, and I’m wondering why? Why must the force be female when women had their own fandoms?

If it ain't all about white males, you assholes will bitch about it.

If something IS all about white males, you pussyholes will try to infiltrate it.
