I'll tell you a scary movie that gets no respect is Exorcist III:Legion.
I still love The Black Hole. Those robots were cool and one of them was scary.
Its not an Australian thing its a human thing, but I get you. When things like this happen we all fail.
Tell him to watch The Green Mile first.
And he did it like it was his job. I cant believe they screwed up that reboot so bad. All they had to do was follow the original formula and they would have been fine.
Don Cheadle out-performs Denzel in Devil in a Blue Dress.
Steve Carrell?
Lol, so true. He was the worst reporter but he was the best monster hunter.
I agree what the heck did they spend 75 million on? There is nothing in Unbreakable that looks even remotely expensive and all the effects we practical, no cgi.
If only. That would assuage my pain and anger but alas its not to be. But seriously you reminded me that the story doesn't have to end where that hack left it and I choose your ending friend. :-)
You know what your not alone in that feeling. After I had seen Glass, opening weekend, and was walking out of the theater I thought and genuinely felt that if I ever had the opportunity to meet him I would punch him in his face. I literally felt like he had spit in my face by what he had done in this story and the follow up to the beloved Unbreakable.
Agreed. What I learned from Glass is that MNS is only making movies for himself and no one else. He fancies himself so clever that if he likes it, it must be great.
Unless it has an alternate ending where David Dunn
doesn't die like a chump
I am not interested. But please let me know if that's included when it comes out.
Yeah I feel the same way, I was outraged at the fate of David Dunn. I had never given up on Night and had seen all of his films really disliking only The Village until Glass. A lot of his films are forgettable and my expectations of his talent had long since plummeted but still he had earned so much goodwill by me through Unbreakable that I gave him a wide berth just knowing he would eventually make it up to me with the return of David Dunn. Well as you know he spit right in the face of every hardcore fan of Unbreakable with Glass. I did not want an extravagant Marvel-esque conclusion for David Dunn only a heroic one. For all I cared David could have died as long as it was meaningful, almost anything would have been better than what we got. So yeah I really dislike him now and Glass has sullied the fondness I once felt for Unbreakable. I really wish Glass had never been made and David Dunn could have lived on as a hero.
Your right it didnt make any sense, it was a very weak plot device.
Your not kidding. I think it was terrifying when he was actually trying to sew its mouth shut and it woke up!
