I didn't like the way the series ended when I first saw it, I must admit. However, it's grown on me. I certainly don't buy the argument that it would have to be unambiguous to be great story telling, which you seem to be saying. Although I became a fan later, I had the same initial reaction the first several times I tried to watch the show. At some point, something Kramer did broke my resistance, and then, over time, I came to appreciate each of the characters. Where I lived at the time aired Seinfeld reruns after Friends, so I would catch the end of Friends while waiting for Seinfeld. I never found Friends funny though. I noticed you mentioned South Park as funny. I've never been able to finish an episode of South Park, though I've tried more than a few times. I've heard lots of people say they enjoy it, but to me it just sounds like whining. I initially felt that way about both the Simpsons and Family Guy, but later grew to enjoy those shows to varying degrees, and then later grew out of them as well. All of this is just to say humor is a moving target. If you actually read the article, while watching the ending (going back and forth obviously, not simultaneously), it becomes rather convincing. At least it did for me. Perhaps more of an anti-psycho killer, but maybe doubly chilling for that reason: Andrea Riseborough as Mia Nolan in Black Mirror S4:E3 "Crocodile". In what way is it more tragic if it's intentional? Accidental deaths don't count? Are you carrying a lantern? It's also possible that people who have been betrayed by people they thought were friends have difficulty making new friends, or trusting old ones. Coffee's for closers! My favorite line from that is Alan Arkin to Ed Harris: Are we talking about this, or are we talkin' about it? Why do you assume it was a woman? I think Sharon Stone proved uncrossing legs can be feminine as well. What a scam the dewey decimal system was. Krueger would never tolerate two Kokos. I thought he was pretty good in Tin Men. It was an interesting season, but I did feel the last episode was a bit of a let-down. Probably 1967. Well they announced season 3 last year in april, so maybe that's when they'll decide? I would agree the story's asking for it, but who knows how many views it's getting. I've only finished season 1 so far, but I love her. Seeing the actress on Conan was actually the reason I started watching the show. And I thought she was perfect on the date. Gus was so dumb in that episode, repeatedly doing things after asking her if he should and her saying no. It was nerves of course, but still. Well it *is* fiction. I really like season 2. So says Frank Sobotka. It makes it easy to dye it any other color when they're on the run?
