How much could there really be to show off?

I think it is absolutely HILARIOUS that this is the only topic in the Richard Dreyfuss section! This guy has a career stretching back to before the dawn of cable TV, starting with The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz, continuing throgh Jaws and Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, Down And Out In Beverly Hills (where a homeless Nick Nolte fucked every one of his women!), and on and on. And I have always loathed the guy. He’s a whiny nebbish. I am comforted and soothed by the lack of interest in l’affaire Dreyfuss. An uninterest he richly deserves.
I thought he was pretty good in Tin Men.
shareCan't believe this lack of love for poor Richard. Just watched "Goodbye Girl" for the first time in ages. That man won his Oscar that year because, although his dialogue consists of awful Neil Simon one-liners, he makes you believe in and sympatheize with that character.
