Saw it yesterday. There were a few interesting scenes, particularly early on. But as the movie dragged on, I began to realize it had very little plot, it was extremely predictable. Frankly it was just down right depressing and at times gross. Francis McDermott did a very good job playing the lead role, so I have to give her credit. I guess depressing and gross was what she was going for, so she got it.
By the end, the only thing I could think of for the main character was what is she going to do when she's too old to work? I guarantee she'll take that room at her sister's house when she reaches that point.
White males between the age of 16 and 40. If you don't play toward this demographic for a terminator movie, good luck making money.
Bottom line, this movie flopped because its core audience couldn't identify with the characters. Young white female quasi terminator. Hispanic male terminator. Female hispanic heroin. Old white lady that was never meant to carry the franchise. Don't see these demographics showing up in droves to go see a terminator movie. Like it or not, a recipe for failure.
They should have used the perpetual motion machine to heat the earth instead of circling it indefinitley
A good deal of that article deals with how dangerous it was for our ancestors to go out into the dangerous areas outside of caves to hunt the large game such as woolly mammoths, saber-tooth tigers, and other large mammals that have not existed for at least a hundred years. Hunting that kind of game itself was dangerous, therefore the consumption of red meat was not properly the cause of the decreased life expectancy of those individuals. The study had good intentions, but was fatally flawed by the failure to account for this variable.
You can inject it too.
Nothing a little agent orange couldn't fix
46 year old lesbian. If I was Persian I'd be really offended that this is the best the producers could do.
He had a paying job? Seemed to me like his full time job was to try to act tough to protect his overly sensitive obese wife from things that happened in 1998.
That CD store boyfriend guy should have told kate to piss off, then walked over to Toby's car, tapped on his window, and then punched him through the glass
A tribe closely related to the Mayans. Inter married with the Aztex.
Either that or Rocky when climbed that 18,000 foot mountain in Siberia in 7 minutes in Rocky IV.
It gets warmer at the equator. Don't even know why the train didn't go there.
Not for long if you let them out in the arctic like he just did.
The most unrealistic thing that happened in the Rocky movies was that Paulie did not try to have sex with his robot
Ed Harris should have let them off somewhere warmer so they would have at least had a chance at survival.
I think they also eat bugs, and maybe tree bark for the caffeine. Insects have protein because they are made of meat so maybe I'm wrong.
Seems to me like the screenwriters should have fleshed this out a bit.
Urban Cowboy was another movie that involved really dumb characters. Except for the bar owner, who made a great baseball manager about 10 years later for the Indians.
Battle Royale is a Snowpiercer reboot.
The facts made me very sad. Ed Harris should not have released them into the wild at that point.
