T3 actually did many things right, but also many things very poorly - which overall made it enjoyable for me, tbh, but not really a true Terminator sequel (again, for me). Sadly, It's the best sequel so far (haven't seen Dark Fate yet). I liked them both, the pacing, story and music were all ace for me! ;) Just remember to take if for what it is! :D Because they are "superior" humans with "superior" values. ;) Was around the container, when they show a shot from further away, before switching to Daughter running back to mother. ;) Complex? COMPLEX? Prometheus and Alien: Covenant are huge piles of turds - if no more gets made, THAT is the reason. They are to the Alien universe, what The Last Jedi is to the Star Wars universe. Complete and utter nonsensical shit, with bullshit characters, wholly idiotic story and no regard for the giants which upon they stand. They only brought two great female leads, specially Shaw, but Daniels rocked too - and David, who's an interesting character in himself. But the plot itself and the sidecharacters, fucking sucked - everything that could have been intriguing was promptly ignored and cast aside. I'm still angry about those movies. The plot and execution was so bad, it lowered the bar by so much, that James Cameron almost had to go down and singlehandedly raise it yet again. Kinda like human hunters do, with overwhelming technological advantage... It can't be done - in fact, the last five minutes of TWD finale, along the knowledge of Rick leaving the show, just killed my interest for it. The way I see it, it's ~25 tweets/stories we see again and again. It's the only weapon they have. Over a fucking 4 year period. They make it sound like he posted that crap non-stop. It's also been up before, way before it blew up because Cernovich and Pobosiec (may their kneecaps fail) used social outrage mentality to terminate/pause a career. He even took it up himself (again before the outrage), and how he was back then, and why he made those tweets, apologised for it. But hey, renewed attention, and the right fuel, can apparently fuck anyone over. (except Trump it seems) Oh shit, now we gotta lynch Nathan Fillion too! RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE Not much to add, other than I agree, more or less. Movie was alright, but as you said, could have been much better with a more streamlined/exciting storyline - instead of all these miniplots banding together to form a messy movie. What's worse, everything could have been solved with a little dialogue... Also, the humor could have been better - was some good moments/jokes in it, but too many were forced/unfunny, and I'm usually a sucker for the Marvel movie comedy style. ;) He seem to have lost some weight since the Castle days, but if he's gonna play Nathan Drake, he need's to get truly in shape imo. Other than that, I liked it alot, and hope this can lead to a real movie! :D There's a lot of stuff in this movie "Not happening!", if it's supposed to make any realworld sense. ;) I was greatly entertained though, even if under any kind of scrutiny, it's a stupid ass movie. :D Hold ye tongue, uncouth scum. Battleship is so damn entertaining, if you let it be. ;) OP, you're a god damn fucking troll, who's one of the reson DCEU fans got a bad rep. Anyways, not going with the oldies here: 1: BvS - it took time, but it's a solid movie. Not Watchmen material, but pretty good. 2: Batman Begins - Enjoyed the origin story alot, and Liam Neeson. ;) 3: TDKR - ok, but man, the fight choreography... 4: TDK - which is just one of the most overrated movies ever, caused by the death of Heath Ledger. 5: JL - Sigh, they just fucked EVERYTHING up with that movie... Marvel makes every hero shine, and DC jacks off to Superman. Lame villain, lame plot... Wish they'd actually given Snyder free reigns with this, instead of this crap. He lifted my skirt too, I'm scarred for life. Please imprison this predator. Yeah, no - this one I'm not gonna believe... I was already vastly disappointed with the whole suit thing in Spiderman: Homecoming. Spider-man is awesome for his wits, spider-sense, webs, agility and strength. More or less in that order. Notice how there's no Iron Man Jr. suit, nor Iron Man mentor mentioned there. :p However, once I stopped looking at him as the "true" spider-man, I've started liking it/him alot better. Tom Holland is very likeable in the role they made for him, and the mentor thing kinda works. So while this was a problem for me, I've mostly gotten over it. But if I could choose, I'd have gone with the ordinary spidey suit, and had more focus on his own abilities instead. ;) Yeah, the only name I even remember from this movie is "Mace", because he was just so god damn awesome, as the only one, the whole movie. But I guess being Captain America just makes you better... :P "Without condoning... Or condemning. I understand." However, didn't Rorschach kinda win in the end, though? But yeah, I get your drift - there's certainly some similarities with performing atrocities for the greater good. PS. Watchmen is pure greatness. ;) Scarlet Witch for me - rubs me all kinds of the right way. :P Also, watch "Oldboy" with her and Josh Brolin if you haven't. ;)
