Guardians of the Galaxy actor Dave Bautista and other Hollywood stars react to James Gunn firing

If SJWs had dug up the tweets Hollywood would not defend Gunn. But it was evil Nazis that posted the tweets, so Gunn is the victim this time!

Hollywood has been shocked by Disney's decision to fire director James Gunn over offensive Tweets posted almost a decade ago, many famous actors and writers posting reactions on Twitter.

Between 2008 and 2012, the filmmaker posted multiple messages on social media containing jokes about subjects such as paedophilia and rape. The posts were recently unearthed by a conservative news website leading to Disney ”severing” their business relationship with Gunn.

One of Gunn’s actors, Dave Bautista – who played the character Drax in both Guardians instalments – defended the director’s “mistakes” on Twitter: “James Gunn is one of the most loving, caring, good natured people I have ever met. He’s gentle and kind and cares deeply for people and animals. He’s made mistakes. We all have. I’m NOT ok with what’s happening to him.”

Actor Patton Oswalt posted a message concerning one of the commentators who brought down Gunn, while Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland joked about quitting the unannounced Jar Jar Binx movie because of the move.

One of the leaders in this petition movement to have the child porn guy restored to his former glory spent much of the past six months doing roleplays where she was basically degrading herself everyday with the guy just to land a part. It cost her a relationship with what she was having to do. She has had a long dry spell and wanted the part that was promised to her. Now, she sees all that going up in smoke. As for one of the actors who signed the petition? There is a very long blind item about what he has done to some of his partners, so probably not the person who should be leading the cause for you.

The way I see it, it's ~25 tweets/stories we see again and again. It's the only weapon they have. Over a fucking 4 year period. They make it sound like he posted that crap non-stop.

It's also been up before, way before it blew up because Cernovich and Pobosiec (may their kneecaps fail) used social outrage mentality to terminate/pause a career. He even took it up himself (again before the outrage), and how he was back then, and why he made those tweets, apologised for it. But hey, renewed attention, and the right fuel, can apparently fuck anyone over.
