Who have I called misogynistic or a bigot? No one. I based my reply upon your post, in which, despite having not watched the film, you label it as poorly developed, and filled with actors giving horrible performances. You reference nonsense like an "MSheU" or Marvel "shitting on men," none of which has any basis in reality, and finish by linking to a GQ article that says nothing remotely close to what you purport it to say. Now you're saying Captain Marvel complained about "old white men?" I must have been using the restroom during that scene, because I don't remember that happening.
I have no idea where politics factor into this, and see no bubble around me. I'm basing my opinion on reality. Both Captain Marvel and The Marvels are fun, well-made films, devoid of any political statements whatsoever, and in no way attack men, or demean anyone. They are geared for men every bit as much as was Iron Man or any other MCU film, and most men enjoy them.
I've met literally no one, male or female, in real life who didn't thoroughly enjoy the first Captain Marvel film, and nearly everyone considers it one of the better MCU films. Yet, online there is this loud, angry minority who bitch and whine incessantly about things that don't exist, just like you're doing. To hear you, you'd think everyone hated it, despite it earning billions and overwhelming critical and audience acclaim. It's as if you think there is some battle going on, a battle you call "unwinnable," despite the fact that no one is battling back. It's you, and a handful of other angry people, shouting into a void. But there is no battle. These are films, made for anyone and everyone to enjoy. If you don't like them, watch something else.
