What villains come to mind for you as being some of the lamest, most ineffective, most unmemorable baddies to ever grace the screen?

For me, the one that immediately comes to mind is Dracula (Drake) from Blade: Trinity. Not only is he nothing like the traditional screen depiction of Dracula (which would've been fine if done well) but neither the script nor the actor make this character compelling or memorable in any way. He just acts like a perpetually pissed off skinhead tough guy, with none of the charm or seductiveness of the real Dracula present.

Even with the way his abilities are depicted, there's virtually nothing that separates him from any of the vampires Blade's fought in his previous films until the final act. And even then, all he does is transform into a generic red devil, without any wings or anything. They should've at least gave him some bigger, badder powers (something like the Castlevania games would've been nice).

What comes to mind for you as being some of the lamest villains you've ever seen?

Two James Bond villains. Safin has already been named. Other ones are:

1. Dominic Greene in Quantum of Solace. So damn forgettable.

2. Blofeld in Spectre. What an absolute waste of Christoph Waltz.

All the "Villains" in the Rambo films, none of them are competent enough to require a Green Beret to take them out.

The only one who was the least bit memorable was Sheriff Teasle in the first movie and he wasn't even really a villain, he was just a douche. Brian Dennehy was great in the role but I wish the film portrayed him as more of a competent threat against Rambo like he was in the book. I haven't read it but supposedly, Teasle is a vet himself in that version of the story and actually uses Korean War tactics against Rambo's Vietnam tactics in the final act.

The Teasle of the film looks like he hasn't fired a gun in 20-something years.

Mr. Shhh, in Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead. A scrawny, mousy little guy, who's supposed to be, "the most lethal contract killer West of the Mississippi." In one scene, we're expected to believe he single handedly took out a group of big, burly thugs in an all black night club, apparently with eyes in the back of his head, and he didn't get as much as a scratch on him.

Paul Dano as The Riddler in "The Batman".

Not so much that it was Dano's fault. Stupid costume, stupid voice, stupid story.

ANd when the costume comes off - its just some lame-o. He isn't interesting, he isn't particularly bright, certainly not scary, he's a weirdo.

Lame villain.

Voldemort in Harry Potter was poorly designed in appearance

The purple alien bad guy in The Avengers sequel was a pretty retarded bad guy

The goblins in Troll 2 are of course a favorite "so bad they're good", especially the main female villain

How about the Bowler Hat Guy from "Meet the Robinsons?"

That rat thing from the "Lilo and Stitch" tv series was just embarrassing.

97% of the one-off villains from "Lois and Clark" could fit that category.
