Agreed. That role could have been laughable but he won me over right away. I’m late to the Gosling party (the whole female adoration / Notebook thing probably put me off) but I’ve been catching up lately and he is quality. A damn fine actor.
Personally I never found her particularly funny or appealing as an actress.
Although it is funny that people didn’t work out that she’s gay before she came out. What in the Martina Navratilova were they thinking??
Also, she did make Trump throw a tantrum about her, which gave me a giggle too. He’s such a snowflake when celebrities aren’t crawling up his butt lol
