Rock climbing.

I once spent a weekend taking intensive Rock climbing lessons, and leaned how to clamber up rock formations and cliffs with fixed ropes. I was enjoying it until... they finished the lesson by having up rappel down a 120 foot Cliff, and we could use the first techniques we'd used to get down the first 20 feet... and then it was 100 feet of dangling on a rope in midair!

And with that, I retired from the field of rock climbing.

Drank a martini. Evidently I'm not a fan of alcoholic drinks that taste like turpentine.

Burnt myself with a car lighter as a kid. Didn't know I'd turned it on, just wanted the cool imprint on my skin and, long story short, I never did that again. Plus we don't have that car in the family anymore and a lot of cars now don't have those lighters, so not a hard thing to avoid anyway.

Get stinking drunk and jump up on the bar and.....never mind. Never again.
