Yeah, tank tops are not usually loose fitting, but the second image you provided is more of what I would consider scantily clad. Even so, this is not that strange or outlandish. Madonna wore sexier costumes in her youth. A lot of Olivia's are what I consider tame. Plus, dancing under stage lights keep you pretty warm.
