A MC friend that you think you could hang out with in real life.
I like a lot of people here but not sure about real life.

Dazed is too smart for me. (plus we're feuding at the moment)
Mina knows my language better than I do
db is too prickly
hownos is Canadian. What would we do, look at Maple trees?
I wouldn't be able to keep up with ksp
MissMargo is great but her little garden shed gets scary at night
Stratego and the basement would be amazing but I can't walk around in wooden
shoes. I get splinters

YounkerSguy and I would have a blast but I feel we would get into way too much trouble.
Plus he can kick my ass. Not a fan of getting my ass kicked
captainbucky isn't a real captain so no
I feel Bubba would only call me every 3 months or so then disappear
Cat and I could hang out. We would probably hang with the pups all day.
That would be good but we really wouldn't accomplish much.

GE would be fun to hang out with but she doesn't have air conditioning.
MJF would be fun if he took me with him fishing the next time he took the grandkids.
croft has rejected me on numerous attempts

MovieMan travels too much
SK would be fun but I'd only see him once a week
Maybe harry but I think much alcohol would need to be involved
I feel TheMan would make me too tired

So have you found somebody here that you think you could hang out with IRL?

I really feel like that would happen.
We would go out an go bar hopping and the rest would be history.
One of us would probably disappear. I'm sure it would be me!

Of course, I'm prepared. Fans, a cold drink, and no yard chores. If it ever gets really bad I can break into Mr & Mrs Neighbor's house. They'll be up north where it'll be 15 or 20 degrees cooler. Okay, I have a key so I won't have to break in. I have an open invitation to stay there if the heat gets to be too much.

Hey, it's summer. They actually have 2 places up north. One is the 'lake' and the other is the 'river place.' I've been to their lake place a couple of times. Haven't been to the river yet. It's farther away. The lake is just under a two-hour drive, the river just under four, I think. Mr Neighbor's at the river now. Mrs Neighbor will meet him at the lake on Friday night. He's retired but now has his own handyman business, so he can work as much or as little as he wants. Mrs Neighbor is a school nurse, and school's out, so...

This is a summer weekend tradition for a lot of people in this state. Heck, the local weather people do a "Cabin-Cast" on Thursdays because so many people head north.

Good for them. I'm glad when people get to enjoy their retired years.
Many of us will be hoping to get buy. They deserve it.

There may be more than normal this weekend.
Doesn't look pleasant does it.

I'm at least hoping to see you around here.
That may take off a few degrees. Maybe?
