A MC friend that you think you could hang out with in real life.
I like a lot of people here but not sure about real life.

Dazed is too smart for me. (plus we're feuding at the moment)
Mina knows my language better than I do
db is too prickly
hownos is Canadian. What would we do, look at Maple trees?
I wouldn't be able to keep up with ksp
MissMargo is great but her little garden shed gets scary at night
Stratego and the basement would be amazing but I can't walk around in wooden
shoes. I get splinters

YounkerSguy and I would have a blast but I feel we would get into way too much trouble.
Plus he can kick my ass. Not a fan of getting my ass kicked
captainbucky isn't a real captain so no
I feel Bubba would only call me every 3 months or so then disappear
Cat and I could hang out. We would probably hang with the pups all day.
That would be good but we really wouldn't accomplish much.

GE would be fun to hang out with but she doesn't have air conditioning.
MJF would be fun if he took me with him fishing the next time he took the grandkids.
croft has rejected me on numerous attempts

MovieMan travels too much
SK would be fun but I'd only see him once a week
Maybe harry but I think much alcohol would need to be involved
I feel TheMan would make me too tired

So have you found somebody here that you think you could hang out with IRL?

A throw rug... some curtains....

Is it anything like the little tool shed from the hidden message on Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven? That one creeps me out! It's worse than my basement!😱

You could tap them for the syrup. Just think what you and Stratego could do with maple syrup. Wager it would be much more pleasant than the oil parties we had in the 70’s. People love maple syrup. Tastes much better than cooking oil. 😋😍

Well, thank you m’lady! When it comes time to put pen to paper for my autobiography, you won’t have to stand in line to buy a copy. I will hand deliver an autographed copy to one of my cyber BFF!

As for the cooking oil parties...very slippery and very easy to grab the *wrong* appendage to steady yourself.😱

BTW, were you aware I’m beginning to sound like you? If I am I hope to do you proud!

It was real. Yes, it makes me sad as well. I would also rather see old time posters not vomitting all over each other. Except in my basement!

I had a whole second page of people to add but certain things popped up last night.
As you can see.
You would be fun to hang with but you’ve got too many plumbing things going on all the time.
Too high maintenance for me.

I've had one plumbing issue...well the water pipe last fall...but it wasn't a plumbing pipe😉 it was for..."high maintenance"😂😂😂

I could hangout with anyone from MC in real life, but wouldn't that spoil the fun?

Here we get to be our ideal selves, the Platonic perfect people we sometimes see ourselves as.

In real life if I fall asleep while talking with you or fail to reply to something you've said because I was distracted by a work related issue it could get messy.

Whereas here you can accept that it's MC time and things happen which prevent the normal flow of conversation but that's sort of the beauty of it.

My big question would be - Where do we hang out?

In Stratego’s basement. I understand a whole lot of action occurs down there! It would be interesting to find out for ourselves. I would love to locate a hiding place and watch her crack that whip. I may learn her secrets, but red stilettos 👠 and a black corset are out for me. Those days are long gone. I still have them, but alas, they’re only trophies.

Are you sure you haven’t met up with Dewey at the bar by now? You’ve nailed the spelling. You may now resume writing your re’sume’. I’m on an iPad so my re’sume’ isn’t as fancy as yours. Good luck getting to know each other, but I would watch out for Dewey’s furtive glances. They can sear a hole right through you...you know...the Superman thing or maybe it’s the Deputy Dewey Boy thing 🤷‍♀️

I feel we would got to the movies together but not sit it by each other.
Then throughout the movie we would look at each other but when one
looks the other would look away.
Or we could go to the bar and just get hammered.
