It looked a lot like a Marvel movie action scene. The director did Spiderman movies.
These days you will likely not see that from Hollywoke. Maybe a man dressed as a woman.
Wait..did you say there are 100 genders?
You make your hero a complete loser and pathetic. Congratulations. Who wants to see this.
haha! :)
Well of course I have my own views. haha thank you for this advise though. I guess I am speaking more to the ideas that everyone says this is so great and its a Chris Nolan film.
I had a hard time making it through this, putting this in the "once is enough' category.
Thank you for the reply. Yes read and saw the inspiration and process of Doug Chiang - he is incredible talented, but his designs just didn't fit. The prequels looked like it was set in the extreme far future or from another movie universe entirely, probably Babylon 5 or something with long spires and wild colors.
The Naboo cruiser is literally a US Air Force stealth fighter with a mirror body.
Even in Rogue One, directly before the A New Hope you have vehicles that look like another franchise. The shuttle, with the absurdly long wings.
Haha great comparison. I think Species had a way better premise. The aliens here are just so silly and unbelievable. The elaborate and laborous setups to have a quiet setting are just so annoying to watch.
In the first film, you can do laundry and play board games?
yes thanks! glad you liked it!
I think if you mean disturbing it was.
It is not a fun watch.
Like you want to see Exorcist or Sixth Sense.
I have no desire to watch this again at all.
Didn't know so many Toni Collette fans on here.
She only plays mentally unstable people. I think about the character in about a boy.
To me the housewife with no tragedy is scary enough.
Definitely the case. There is less and less quality. Studios don't want to risk big budgets with no IP. Hence the endless sequels and law of diminishing returns. Less talent all around creating terrible products. You have innovative films with low budget, less talent - hard to make a home run.
haha :) you made my day with this !!!
Yes you do. Bowie is so iconic and timeless.
Well that is obvious...you should also understand that the movie is more enjoyable if it is grounded in something real. I was disappointed this movie was essentially like Sharknado...ridiculous fantasy.
If you care to watch the original Twister. This was not so fanciful, the tension was all about trying to get the sensors in the twister itself.
It was infinitely more enjoyable because Michael Crichton - Jurassic Park and Westworld and many others was involved. This mindless sequel, like so many others Hollywood is churning out is lacking the soul, substance and talent of superior predecessors.
Awesome answers...thank you!
There is???? So you can disperse a tornado for real like that?
I really did like Andy and almost-Ripley, Rain.
This could of been so much better.
Just curious...of all the callbacks on checklist, is it compulsory in all Alien movies to have an airlock opening climax?
haha great response! I am glad you got to see it again!
now I have to watch Babylon!
Well the star power is undeniable. You could watch both pick out paint and be entertained. Which was very close to what was onscreen here.
