Happy Birthday! Have a great day!
Yes I am.
This is terrible news and I'm so sorry your family has to go through this. My husband's son passed away 2 years ago from rectal cancer and he had to go through the experience of losing an adult child.
My son is 50 and he got his first colonoscopy a couple of years ago, which surprised me because because like most younger people, he thought he was immortal. Except for the prep, a colonoscopy is not a big deal and if caught early, most colon cancers are 100% curable.
Back to the show.......... I didn't realize it's available on FX and I have that with Spectrum - was able to record the first two episodes.
Glad I saw this thread.
He had already been told. He knew before he got back home.
I did see Tina Turner - the very best concert I have ever been to.
Absolutely love Thai.
Two weeks ago we had a low of 0 F and last week it was in the 50's Now it's just normal for this area 30-40F and rainy.
I love his music, so yes I am.
Flip flops and shorts!
Not an issue for me. I like Best Buy for electronics - which I can physically look at. I'm not a big fan of on-line shopping.
The Geek Squad has been helpful on several occasions, so yes, I will continue to shop there.
I get up, get a cup of coffee and watch the morning news. I'm remodeling a bathroom - down to the studs, so I have shopping to do for that, bu it's not the same as spring, summer, and fall when I can sit out on the patio in the morning and do gardening in my flowerbeds before it gets too sunny to be outside.
I wish some could tell me how to not wake up at 6:30 am. Right now the weather is gloomy and I wish I could sleep a little longer. 7am would be perfect and I used to wake up then all the time, but 1/2 hour earlier seems to be the new norm. I usually go to bed at 11pm and fall asleep quickly and I sleep well throughout the night.
Guess I really only need a little more than 7 hours sleep, but at this time of the year there isn't much to do that early.
68F during the day and 62F at night.
Starting to look like it.
If the Super Bowl ends up being the Ravens and 49ers, I'm going to be disappointed.
If something is on sale at Kroger, I take a photo of the sale label and that way if there is a question it's not necessary to send someone back to verify the price. I don't buy in bulk so I rarely run into that problem with the Club Price.
Kroger used to give a mis-priced to customers for free but they stopped that probably because they had so many pricing problems.
One of the reasons I like self checkout is because I can closely watch the prices.
Hot tubs.
People were putting a large X's in their yards and having Skylab parties. I don't recall anyone being terribly alarmed, but today I'm sure it will be an event that will be preceded with stress counseling and 24/7 news for weeks before it happens.
