The return of the lost package with the note was the right move. What if the parcel was something of value, uninsured and the customer sent another package?

My post complained that the package symbolism wouldve been better had he delivered a package TO that address, rather than simply "return to sender".]

I still think there's a huge plot hole in that he didn't find out Kelly was married until at his party. He spent quite awhile in recovery; I think he would've insisted on talking to her.
He had already been told. He knew before he got back home.
