I remember watching Layer Cake and a friend suggested Craig could be a good Bond even back then but I was never convinced. Man of Steel is the only Cavill movie I've seen though and I hated that.

Yh it could just be rumours, as I said I've not seen any evidence of it, tbh this is the first I've heard of the claim.
Most of the above got fired after the events too but they were just examples that some let the internet cloud their judgement too much and will indeed do illogical things to <i>one up</i> their perceived enemies. So it's entirely within the realms of possilbility that some theater employees might sabotage screenings. I haven't seen any evidence of it happening but I also wouldn't dismiss it as a bullshit conspiracy theory either.
