I think the ending was Rock-a-Bye Baby
Yes I agree, it was more effective to leave the baby unseen - to be imagined by the viewer. It's what made me wish I could see it, but it was a better choice to leave it as they did.
When they accused her of having sex, it was a pretext to force her into an examination with Dr Gallo. During that, they would have inseminated her.
I've watched from the beginning. They do show some angry reactions. I have seen some where it gets pretty heated, and the joker has to kind of scurry off for safety (I remember Murr doing this). In some cases they show the subject of the prank after they reveal the joke, and they are relieved and laugh along with the jokers, but you can see there is still a bit of the anger - but evaporating away.
I still have not watched either one. I guess part V is the one to see first, if they are worth seeing. Are they both comedy/parody type slasher throwbacks? I like nostalgic horror comedies, but these look kinda low production value.
I saw this film today and I am right there with you. I loved this.
If you have not already seen it, "The Worst Person In The World" is another Norwegian movie that this reminded me of. It is more drama than comedy but has some similar elements.
I found out after seeing this that the same director made Dream Scenario. And another one called Drib that I just put on my watch list.
I posted about this too, what is she going to do after she visits that bar?
There is a scene where she was talking to her dad. Before he was 'saved' and became involved with the church, he was a musician in a band. He told her they used to play at that place Arlene's in Memphis.
In the posts section for this movie title.

of if you mean where did I write, I meant I posted in this moviechat page for iGilbert
where I wondered? When he went <spoiler>to the roof and got together with her, and she was basically falling in love with him</spoiler> - I wondered if this was happening in his imagination.
Yeah this movie is one that you wanna talk about after seeing it. I hope more people are getting a chance to see this movie.
I had a similar thought when I was watching this (about whether it was still reality), and wrote about it here.
He was laughing and crying at the same time. I thought maybe he was looking at the sun coming up and was feeling content with his simple life and his daily routines. And the conversation he had with the man from the night before, who told him something about the shadows, made him realize that he won't be able to enjoy these things forever. It made me think that he was commenting on how he was going to die without understanding everything that he wanted to know about the world.
There was a reference to why the space station was so important, it went by quickly. One of the research projects on board was related to radioactive materials and would be crucial in treatment of illnesses or injuries caused by the radioactive fallout of the nukes going off down below.
Cool. You should skip it then.
Sure thing, don't hurt yourself.
It takes place in present day, if I remember right the examples of current day tech (like smart phones etc)
I watched it while on an exercise bike, so my expectation was lowered, and I though Uma and Joe were pleasant enough.
There is some overlap here of stuff I've liked, and some I have on my queue to watch, thanks
some recent ones I liked
Birth/Rebirth
Talk to Me
Influencer
V/H/S 85
X & Pearl
What Josiah Saw
The Dark and The Wicked (until literally the last 2 second ending scene, would have been better without that)
Also some horror/comedy mashups like The Blackening, The Wrath of Becky, You're Killing Me - but this is not the kind of movie I was really talking about
