Interested to hear what people thought of this
It is slow, moving at the pace of a hazy summer - like when we were scared little teens. It's easy to find a version of yourself in this film. The dread of those insecure years.
I didn't know what this film was about, but there was a hint of some fantasy/horror in the way it is advertised. That is very thin throughout the movie, but in the end it hits you with this.
I can see people say this is boring and slow. It was slow, but not boring, in my opinion.
This is the kind of movie where I think about whether I liked it or not, even days later. Which to me means it is worth seeing and thinking about.
