Some great things and some that have taken me out of the fantasy realm and as silly as it is - those are the elves not called Galadriel or Elrond. The short hair for reason will take me a bit to get used to. It doesnt feel totally mythic in parts. The Dwarf looks great.
Who would have thought a big shootout in a town could have been so boring. It was bad choreography, I dont care to ever see Boba Fett ever again sadly. And as someone else pointed out , the first two seasons of Mando feel a bit pointless now other than Baby Yoda knows some force abilities. Its like Ep 9 all over again where they back track thinking they know what we want just to make a worse mess. What an underwhelming show, lets move on from Tattooine now which doesn't bode well for the Obi Wan show.

Oh..... Yes. Poor River made some dumb choices, he was very talented and sadly missed.
I totally agree with you, but we can help make that happen and stop going to see these flicks..
How long has this shoot actually been? Accounting for injuries it still feels very long, plus the inevitable reshoots to come

This supports my own opinion, the writing if the show is very poor, things like thus are not clear. I am watching it every Thursday night but feel the writing abd cast are letting it down
At the time it came out, I loved it. I didnt discern the cut and paste, I thought the new characters were intreaging , it left me with questions such as who Rey was and where did Snoke come from. It sounded like Star Wars and it looked like the best of them with cool set design and ships that looked like the OT. I was seated an hour early and the intro of Han, Chewie and the Falcon - my theater loudly cheered and hollared - probably my most fun community experiences Ive had in the cinema. I felt the chemistry of Rey and Finn and felt they were good casting choices. I thought the music wasn't great though with Rey's theme being the only stand out piece and only briefly seeing Luke irked me. Now, I dont like it - anything interesting was thrown away or underused and knowing how the three film story line I am very disappointed.
Same thought here, my wife says its because she is uncomfortable in heels.

I agree with this, for a few reasons - its nit an ensemble piece, it spawned a series including Christmas Vacation which probably has been seen by more people including myself but the original is the funnier flick. Fletch is hilarious and has a sequel but the first vacation was more influential and earlier in his career.
He has never claimed what was happening, he reports what hus sources inform him abd when he cant verify he says so.
Not for me, though I loved it I prefer aime if his others.
Not sure the outcome your hoping for, it seems different than mine. Janes Bond returning is good news for me
Spoilers within - Have you seen the film? Im no fan if KK but NTTD is not anything near what happened to Star Wars or Ghostbusters. I don't deny a cut of a full woke NTTD doesnt exist because I reckon there is.
If it were woke, Bond would would haven't sacrificed himself to save the world and his family - what HE did was virtuous and heroic - Bond is intact. If it were woke, the 007 woman would have been more likable, kept the 007 tag and would never have been bested by Bond at any time - he outsmarted her many rimes in the Spectre scene. Bond would have been belitled especially by women, yet Moneypenny worked with him because she believed in him and his leadership - a woke agenda wouldn't have done shown that at all. They made Q gay, but they didn't have him behave in any way not consistent with his character.
Bond dying and having a child didn't make him soft and his manner of dying on this version elevated him to even more of a hero and alpha. Many critics I listen to on YouTube are slamming this as woke, but on this one I dont see it....plus they said at the end James Bond will return not 007 James, had they not done that I would jave been very concerned.
