He did but StarLord is still pretty stupid. Gave up on it a while ago. Too slowly paced. Nice to see the highlights on YouTube. Yeah, no. Do yourself a favor and quit garbage like this. It's the only installment that I've truly disliked as well; the rest I liked or just felt being harmless if mindless. Objectively speaking though, they've wasted so much potential. Justice League especially was a bland neutered shell of what could have been something better. I don't think it's a total loss but the window is closing rapidly. The upcoming slate sounds good but we've been here before. Eventually people will stop caring. Who knows, the DCEU might accidentally usher the decline of the current superhero boon. I really like it myself but I understand some complaints. They could have trimmed down about ten, fifteen minutes. I never got the impression that Cavill was morose and uncaring though. Solemn yeah, but it's hardly the aloof sociopath that he's been accused of being. Present! Hey, I'm still excited for Matt Reeves' film-whenever it happens. So was that just for the trailer or do they do their own singing at all in the movie? Lol. Looks pretty good. The main dude sounds just like his dad, it's startling. Yeah I'd probably watch this again over LA LA LAND. I was surprised it was so short; I think w/o credits it's 95, 96 minutes long. Yeah, lots of European movies. Leviathan (2014) and The Great Silence (1968) come to mind. Oh poor KKK. Yeah, James Wan is a good director too. Looks fun. Wait, what, already? I think it could reach $2B. Or close to it. I kind of have to credit them for not showing Venom. It's like an anti-climax that only an idiot would do. I liked Justice League but hated Steppenwolf. It didn't help he was a boring character but the CGI was ten, twelve years out of date. It'd have been easier to have Ciaran Hinds in a costume. James Wan is a solid director and I can't see him kowtowing to WB like Snyder or Ayer did.
