I would think a will would not be required; Jackson would have custody of his son.I think M'Lynn and Jackson's Aunt (the one that babysat Jack Jr. & made the Armadilla cake) would help him as much as they could.
Being concerned and being a busybody in my mind are too different things. If a parent knows that their child has a high chance of dying from having a child and also knows that their child's marriage is having problems, it would be hard not to be concerned.
Opposites attract. Also, Spud was probably not always like that. Depression can come and go. I think Shelby dying helped to make him realize that life was too short and that you can't take your loved ones for granted.
It is been a while since I saw the movie but I don't think that was the case. Sometimes you are "pushed" to have cousins in your wedding party.
Crystal Gayle was another woman to sport long hair. It was down to her ankles.
Typically I hate the spelling/grammar police on these boards; but your post actually cracked me up. RIP Polar Ears. :)
I thought that was odd too. They definitely should have had her in the final scene ... bickering with Billy's Brother in the audience.
I know this is an old post, however, I am an American and I love this movie. While we may not strike for the same reason, the US has had our share of strikes so it is something we can relate to. Prior to the movie, I never heard of T-Rex but I love I love to Boogie & Cosmic Dancer. This movie in my opinion had it all, great storyline, terrific actors, wonderful music, etc. Also, Academy Awards can be political. I never measure a movie's success by winning awards.
I actually like the show and I never was in the restaurant business. I think it shows promise, but people have to be a little patient as they develop the characters.
Technically there were holes in her research. While Erin may have memorized information, it was still critical for phone numbers etc. to be recorded in the file.
Agreed that there were some redeeming qualities about Bill. In particular when he called off the second attempt on her life at the hospital when she was in a coma. However, with everything he did, I would still vote for taking his life.
Actually it is a good movie. It has some levity and is not all dark and gloom.
Not sure where you live, however, it is very common for overweight people to be made fun of and the targets of negative comments. And yes, we should accept people of all race, genders, sizes, etc.
Agreed. I think a lot of viewers want something lighter ... action .. comedy. I love movies of all types but movies that show the dynamics of relationships are enjoyable for me.
Yes, I could see him taken the turkey out of the oven and putting it in front of her door. What he did with the leg was pretty messed up; but she got him back. :)
Yes, that will end up being their Christmas Family picture
I feel the same way; I think the Mom had issues long before the cancer. Maybe April got into trouble as a teen because her Mom made her feel insignificant. The brother out of all of them seemed the most grounded. It is funny how things said to us as a kid, can haunt us for the rest of our lives. Point in question .. the shakers.
Why so angry to the OP? There are some men (ex. Yul Brynner) that look very handsome with a shaved head.
That scene was hysterical ... definitely my favorite scene and there were plenty to pick from in this movie.
And didn't she use her Rembrandt to lure him to her bedroom?
