What have Jackson and M'Lynn done about Jack Jr.?

Since Shelby didn't leave a will or whether we know if she left one or not, I was wondering how M'Lynn was gonna help Jackson raise Jack Jr.

I sure Jackson had told M'Lynn that he wasn't bringing Jack Jr. to Shelby's funeral because I think M'Lynn probably agreed it would have been too hard on him.

I would think a will would not be required; Jackson would have custody of his son.I think M'Lynn and Jackson's Aunt (the one that babysat Jack Jr. & made the Armadilla cake) would help him as much as they could.

That would be a good idea because when Shelby died, Jackson and Jack Jr. were gonna need M'Lynn and Aunt Fern, weren't they?
