Wanda already proved how badass she was when she held off Thanos plus 5 infinity stones while simultaneously destroying Vision´s stone. If anything she was under-powered in this. Captain Marvel is overpowered to the point of absurdity she is as powerful as Ironman without a fucking suit but you pretty much have to blame that on her own movie.
Why was the scene even in there at all? Did I care about it? Not really, but I did think in the moment watching it, this was clearly thrown in to pander to a minority group. Like they made a checklist of things they needed to include just to avoid not being politically correct.

This piece of info seems like total bs. Thanos looks sluggish and labored in all of his movements even when wielding the infinity stones, not someone with "superhuman speed and reflexes".
Him being frozen is not relevant, since he returned to 1945 at roughly age 37 and lived out his life until 2023. The only thing that might be relevant is the fact him being a supersoldier gave him a higher longevity.
This is actually a very good question. Rogers looks early 20´s when he joins the army, when he is supersoldiered in 1942. Lets give him a max age of 22, making his birth date, 1920. That would make Rogers roughly 25 in 1945. He awakens in 2011 and ages until the events of 2023, at which point his age is 37. He returns to 1945 and lives out his life until 2023. That would make Rogers, 115 years old. Quite a long life, indeed.
