How old was Rogers in the 40s?

Shouldn't he be dead in the present?

reply

He was frozen for 70 years in a state that kept his body from aging. So no.

reply

Him being frozen is not relevant, since he returned to 1945 at roughly age 37 and lived out his life until 2023. The only thing that might be relevant is the fact him being a supersoldier gave him a higher longevity.

reply

He had to have been in his late twenties but even if he was older, he'd outlive most normal people because of the Super Soldier Serum.

reply

He would be in his 90's now....depends ont he exact year he went back to. Looked like the early 50's.

reply

It wasn't clear what year he went back to, and whether he was older or younger than Peggy Carter when he got there.

He looked like a very healthy man of eighty-odd at the end, for what that's worth. Maybe he went back to the Carter he'd seen in the early seventies, that'd age him from his thirties to his eighties.

reply

He looked like a very healthy man of eighty-odd year but he may be in his 100s even because of the supersoldier serum.

This is actually a very good question. Rogers looks early 20´s when he joins the army, when he is supersoldiered in 1942. Lets give him a max age of 22, making his birth date, 1920. That would make Rogers roughly 25 in 1945. He awakens in 2011 and ages until the events of 2023, at which point his age is 37. He returns to 1945 and lives out his life until 2023. That would make Rogers, 115 years old. Quite a long life, indeed.
