Judy had been stalking Jen since the accident and decided to make contact.
it also shows how amazing carol o'connor was in the role.
I thought of that too: the people who died because of people who were snapped. what if you were on your deathbed and you were snapped and then you come back and in agony again. Where did all these people re-appear. yes, a pandora's box would be opened.
that is all i could think about after the movie. i wonder if SM:FFH will address any of this. I think it would be an interesting movie in its own right.
to me the music in Sicario was incredible. how it didn't win an Oscar is crazy. so as with all good things it will be copied to the nth degree.
agreed. I was really surprised at how good this movie is.
Gretchen is even getting worse (more unbelievable): over the last two seasons she had no idea that you can buy spices in a store or how credit cards work among other things.
I was definitely looking forward to a Frank and Marlena showdown. Bummer.
i'll just tell human resources that I misspelled "flashlight".
Jeepers Creepers was good until (1) a SWAT team suddenly appears in the middle of nowhere and (2) the girl wanting to sacrifice herself in place of her brother when her brother is the one that got them into the mess. I understand that girl was having doubts of self worth with the whole boyfriend situation, but her character should have evolved over the course of the film.
oh geez, I just looked it up. imagine walking in on somebody using that thing!
thank you. makes sense now.
agreed, I've seen all mentioned. Big Little Lies has a great soundtrack, especially Cold Little Heart. I thought it was great when Escape at Dannemora opened with From the Beginning.
not sure how far you are into this season. but yes I agree that either bunchy or terry is going to die this season. Mick is there to the end and wouldn't doubt if he outlives Ray.
thank you. I read the book a long time ago. I will have to go back and read it again.
I think that point of that scene was that the little kid was black and black comedians (Murphy and Rock) told jokes about how black people wouldn't get killed in horror movies as they would be too scared/smart to go investigate, etc. So he survives as he doesn't follow the normal "white people" trope of investigating something they should run away from. But, yes, he should have had his eyes gouged out.
maybe too much makeup, but I think his voice sounds exactly like Oscar Isaac.

there is a section in the middle of the movie when Michael is on the loose that is amazing. you will know it when you hear it. really stands out.
i thought they did a good job. he is strong. sure there are times where he has psycho strength, but there are times where he doesn't appear as strong as a younger man.
