Yes, anyone can use them, but that's not the point. They are not needed, and the space could be used for other purposes.
Disagree, even if there were ten people in the world who were intersex - it is worthy of discussion and intellectual curiosity; scientific research and papers ought to be dedicated to the matter as... as cliche as it sounds, to understand them is to understand ourselves.
They are statistically insignificant to warrent policy changes in our society, though. For example, I work at a leisure/sports centre, and recently the company made structural changes to the building to accomodate for a "gender neutral" changing room. Before the trannies (we only have one or two patrons who are trannies) had to use the disabled changing room. The company made a policy change that it was unacceptable for the trannies to use the diabled change, so they built this "gender neutral" changing room. It hardly ever gets used. It's a waste of space. We don't get enough trannie patrons to warrent its existance. Waste of time and money, really.

I watched it. It occured off camera, and we just see the reaction of the dude sitting in the chair in the office. It was an accident? He was playing with his gun as he usually does, and I think he just let it off because he didn't care.
