He was wrestling way before this. Predator is firmly better. There are a lot of elements I like in Predator 2. -more predator tech and weapons shown -more lore and visuals with predator -an agency that is "aware" of the predators existence -more blood. -connections to prequel. Beyond that it's just weaker - -supporting characters aren't as interesting or memorable -when supporting characters are killed they're basically off screen -predator doesn't come off as intimidating -the trial and error of "cracking" the predator wasn't as interesting. That all said, it looks better and better compared to the movies that have followed it but for me can't top the original. Agreed, this was a surprise movie that I had on my watchlist. A very good mystery-thriller. This sums up how I felt about this movie. It definitely seems like some changes took place after the fact. I figured the doctor was the original leader maybe got Weaver into doing it. Who knows? I'd like to visit one day but I hear they got scorpions and tarantulas and such all over, so then I get second thoughts. I too was entertained Yeah, they could've spent slightly more time on that part. Not sure why they didn't go into detail and the coach even said they didn't know if asthma was, so I guess it's some sort of respiratory failure he had. Seeing the crew from the alternate-verse in the Van reminded me of the crew on the ship, with Link being their guide while in the Matrix I think Chozen being a villain is over now. He'll have to represent Miyagi-do since Cobra Kai are the champs and the Miyagi-do students are demoralized. Daniel never fought Silver directly so I doubt it would happen now. If we do though it will probably be a brief scuffle similar to Johnny vs. Terry, or perhaps when they all fought Kreese. I think it would be great for her to show up, even if it were 1-2 episode spot similar to Ali. I can picture Daniel witnessing her fending off a mugger or something and he sees her do a move Miyagi taught her. He approaches her and she mistakes him for another thug, they have a short fight scene where Daniel stops her and asks "where did you learn that kick or counter?" Then go from there. It's not known, but it's fair to assume drugs were involved. It sure does. Watched a few days ago and still laughed. Wrestling When Eric and Annie had the twins I knew it was past due time for the show. I give the obligatory, hope they're all happy. Otherwise 🤮 Don't care either way. Just pointing it out. Just watched this on Tubi. Yes good suspense with a simple plot. Yeah I watched for the first time the other night and understand the following it has. I had no idea it had so many sequels even though I'm sure they do little justice for this one.
