Do they keep that lesbian scene? I admit I think it was beautifully done. The orgy scenes I think are over the top, but it's mostly tame compared to what went on during the Roman Empire. There were other grosser acts which were routine to them.

When I first watched Hanna I didn't pay attention to the starting credits and took me a few minutes to realise it was her. Quite the Bowiesque actress...
It was a red herring too, and later she tries to teach her little sis how to feed (the car accident).
I suppose it's her causing the crash in the film's opening scene as well.
That speech Ginger gives when she is going all incestuous on her sis, there's a bit which is similar in Jennifer's Body, that "Are you scared?" scene.
I think Ginger Snaps might have been an influence on JB but I love both movies.

I like the sex scenes in Von Trier's Depression trilogy. Especially because they are not meant to be titillating.

The male-focused sex bothered me a lot. The sex seemed shallow, except for the latter scenes and the beautifully shot ménage a trois.
It's like Electra says at a point: he only wanted her coz she was pretty.
