Hey Man, not all black people are related, ya kno'
;D
It is a bit worryingly quiet, show starts tomorrow, this show really benefits from discussion.
Anyhow just going to re watch the last three of season 2 in prep for season 3
Present. 😎
Looking forward to April 11th when Season 3 starts up (UK Netflix)
He was one of the UK's top 'children entertainers' in the 1970s, and I was a kid then and though he was creepy, as did many others I think.
Was a great show for 2.5 episodes, the finale was a bit odd and many see it as being a bit rushed which I agree with.
Anyhow overall it was very good fun.
Yeah that was a good one,
I do think he killed the daughter at the end.
I kind of see and agree with that.
Look at Scarface, made just four years earlier by the same director, to me that is a very eighties looking movie, this has a real sheen and style to it, which reminds me very much of 90's movies.
I was 14 when I first saw the Untouchables and it really blew me away, the opening credits and music were fantastic and I just loved the movie.

I guess having some great cinemas showing golden oldies gives me a good interest in classics and cut films. I am a member of the Prince Charles Cinema which will be showing LaLa Land this week, amongst other other recent releases, but recently had Die Hard in 35 mm, Hear No evil See No Evil, The Room, and Singalongs Grease, etc. Brilliant variety, some great cinema experiences. Never laughed so much in a crowded cinema than with Blazing Saddles a few months ago, and they had a tribute to Gene Wilder before which led to many tears too.
The BFI too which also shows classics, saw Taxi Driver on the big screen for the first time recently (seen many times on TV), awesome.
Tricycle Cinema in Kilburn is another decent semi indie with some special presentations, as is the Phoenix in East Finchley
Great choices, can usually find something of interest.
Film choice wise, I just love a comedy really, always find it a bit sad to see many great comedies have low ratings on Imdb (seems they are rarely rated above 6.5), don't know if that is a Brit thing, and I find American comedies can in the most part be awful, but when they are good they are fantastic (Saddles, Naked Gun, The Jerk)
De Niro 'Frowny Face' trilogy

Two Russian escorts urinate on a bed.
I felt my IQ go up watching it, great stuff.
Someone needs to do a big publicity stunt, such as streaking naked I front of Trump during a speech with "Moviechat.org." on their butt cheeks.
I think alot of folk only used the imdb boards periodically, I know I could go for months without looking, then see a movie or two and want to see what others are saying about it and spend a couple of weeks looking, etc.
I think the very short notice Imdb gave, and relatively little publicity (I don't think I would have know had I not logged in and saw the header) meant another of folk were ignorant of what was happening. I really thought it would be a huge story, but even YouTube videos complaint about it only made a max of a few thousand views.
I am very grateful to Jim for this site, and do hope it really takes off.
Ahhhh, u could well right, sorry.
Better Call Saul in March 27th I believe

He's a rich white liberal dude though, so don't matter :)
Haha, ya know it.
Fake Dunaway and Warren Cheatty.

Real Shame that it was not Hacksaw Ridge they announced instead of Lala. Just imagine Mel Gibson being interrupted half way through a grand "Redemption" speech and them taking the Oscar out of his hand....Ahhh well.
Madonna falling down the steps is THE classic, and I would say she is an oldie nowadays.
