Our government regularly bombs innocents and has jailed non violent drug offenders for life in the name of public safety while we have the world's largest prison population which many private institutions run for profit. 8 people hold more wealth than the bottom 50% of the population and the financial industry has bought off virtually all of our political leaders. Surely we can find more pressing issues to discuss than the life of this guy who hopefully has made something decent of his life after making some poor decisions early on. The rich and powerful want to distract you with petty criminals while they continue to abuse their power to consolidate more wealth.

shareHe did his time for his crimes. Are you saying someone who has been in prison, done the required time, and gets out doesn't have the privilege of walking freely among us? As someone who cannot judge anyone on this earth I have better things to do than get all riled up because someone was at the Oscars that Some people think shouldn't have been.
On the flip side, if we Really knew the backgrounds (private) of any actor/actress which have been kept totally hidden from their peers, etc., I think many of us would be surprised. Whoremongers, child predators, spouse abusers, the list is endless, I'm sure. They're walking freely and haven't been incarcerated.

2 after la la land was announced as the best picture winner one of the technicians asked to see producer Jordan Horowitz's envelope, when they opened his envelope it said Emma Stone La La Land
3 the envelope warren beatty opened said Emma Stone La La Land
