shareJust enjoy what you like.
I love They Live, Tango and Cash, and Big Trouble in Little China. They all did poorly in the box office. But I really enjoy them. Reviews were terrible when they came out, but I enjoy them. Popularity should never dictate what you like. For example, I don't like Avatar, but it was a box office hit with rave reviews. It's just not my jam. But I don't fault people who are fans.
Yeah, these box office threads are the worst. Seriously.
shareOne minor difference between 2016 and now, I think.
shareHardly any cinemas are open here and even then there are restrictions.
Plus people went to 2016 on nostalgia only to be dogged by the movie.
The big difference?
Given the budget this would make some money while the 2016 lost money ...
Box office in 2021? Are you fucking kidding me? Who gives a fuck about that tiny portion of the movies income anymore.
shareMight want to take a look at those numbers again. It’s currently at $314,880,604 worldwide, which beats the “woke” Ghostbusters. It’s also only $3 million behind it domestically, all of this during a pandemic, so you may have jumped the gun there trying to antagonize people.
share2016 killed the franchise
