Is Admiral Holdo one of your all-time favorites?

Yep, super heroic to let many rebel ships be destroyed before she turned around the leading ship to destroy the empires leading ship. Only to delay her death a little she allowed that hundred of rebels were killed. And her death didnt built up any emotions cause she had no backstory or any connection to the story at all (beside her stupid decision to keep the ship evacuatin secret from the ships crew, which should have been evacuated :) ). Moviegoers would have been more sad for the autopilot (if he controlled the ship during this scene).

And lets not forget how smart her decision was to keep the ship abondoning secret from the ships crew :) . Built up a mutiny for absolutley no reason. And she isnt an Admiral at all. The rebels are a bunch of fighters, not an army.

She directly competed with Yar Yar for being the most stupid and lazy written character at the SW saga.

Well...at least no one is disputing that Admiral Holdo is eye candy.

Her decision to watch almost all the resistance shuttles blasted one after another before making her kamikaze run is inexcusable. If you're gonna play the hero and sacrifice yourself for the cause get on with it, what the hell was she doing?

Where was she (Purple) in Return of the Jedi, more specifically at the Battle of Endor--heck, where was she at the Battle of Hoth, where she could have taken an empty Rebel Transport, centered course at the Super-class Star Destroyer Executor, and gone to town with a hyperspace jump, completely destroying the massive Star Dreadnought in a single jump.

Admiral Piett and all the generals would have been wiped out before you could say "Luke, he's your father!"

Would have rather of had Admiral Ackbar take her screen time. At-least he's is fun to watch and has quotable lines. But no, they killed him off so we could have admiral purple hair and captain big nose do nothing of relative importance.
