I personally think it's stupid to run a country based on a religion so I'm not a fan of the Islamic countries that run it like that. I want them to become more secular and equal.

Even if "the west" takes more steps than it should, it's absolutely not comparable.
To me this documentary should never have gone and ask random tribesmen what they think of transexuals. Because if you ask them if they think women should study and drive, they will probably also say no, and then do a rain dance for the next harvest. That's how relevant their opinions are.
