I just cannot believe they replaced Buffy with some ghetto nappy headed hoe.
That would be Brandy. You don't think Brandy is hot? Judging by your choice of words there, it would seem that you're not into the dark meat. Also, what's wrong with an angry black guy? Did you know there was a famous movie called "12 Angry Men" starring 12 angry white guys? https://statcdn.fandango.com/MPX/image/NBCU_Fandango/389/327/thumb_E5FC1586-EDAE-4270-8E27-8CC8608E3FDC.jpg White man looks very psychotic. When I saw the scene where Stallone took his shirt off only to swim shirtless into an underwater ice cave, it showed the great attention to detail into his character. No matter how many people Stallone killed, seeing him voluntarily swim shirtless into ice water is just something that shocks an audience into really showing how bad ass his character truly was. Nothing was going to take down Gabe Walker. When you see someone just voluntarily jump shirtless into an underwater ice cave, you know you don't stand a chance. It would be like watching someone voluntarily taking off their shirt right before the Titanic sinks and they end up shirtless in the water. You know that person is going to survive until the Carpathia comes. Does New Mexico have so little going for it as a state that they have to put up statues of fictional characters? :( Yeah, I just noticed that, too. It used to be listed as 1968 for so many years...now all of a sudden it's listed everywhere as 1963. 26 does seem more realistic than 21. What an excellent intelligent thought-provoking question! My brain is in recovery mode from trying to think of an answer to such a high level question. I've known about this movie for over 30 years and I never once thought about this before. The Very First Pilgrim who ever tried shaking hands with the Native Americans was considered to be "woke." Not much different than making a movie with a gay sheriff and calling it, "Boss Faggot." This would not necessarily be coming from a place of homophobia. Likewise, the title, "Boss Nigger" does not necessarily have to be coming from a place of racism. To me, the titles are intended to be tongue-in-cheek humor. But obviously, you could have some racist asshole who loves screaming the title of the movie over and over while claiming it's not wrong to say the title of a movie. Some say blaxploitation movies were empowering, others say they were racist. To me, neither opinion is really wrong or right. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaxploitation I thought the exact same thing as the OP when I read the description for this movie and then saw a thread was already made. That really was a good episode: "The Tale of the Dead Man's Float." I would recommend people watch it if they can find it. Here's 2 links about the episode if anyone cares: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0394122/ https://areyouafraidofthedark.fandom.com/wiki/The_Tale_of_the_Dead_Man%27s_Float Here's a picture of the dead zombie/spirit/corpse thing: (Keep in mind this was a kid's show on Nickelodeon in the 90's) https://www.reddit.com/r/creepy/comments/r4icc/pool_spirit_are_you_afraid_of_the_dark/ True: December 4, 1980: Australia April 9, 1981: United Kingdom June 19, 1981: United States Interesting. Wonder why Australia got it first....then the U.K...how appalling. No one said "hot" from what I can see after skimming 5 pages... bunch of sick fuckin' morons on this board. Guess I'm more open minded than the average man. View all replies >
