I won't tell you what the disturbing scenes were. Watch them -if you haven't- and find out for yourself.
And just for the record, I did not find Irreversible disturbing at all. In fact, the rape scene was quite artistic... maybe because the guy made sure Belluci's mouth remain closed during most of it (lol). In fact, it's probably the only good thing about this film.

Salo - the circle of *beep* sequence especially when one of the leaders kisses is *beep* mouthed male bride...a seriously *beep* up movie...and the torture parts right near the end
Let The Right One In - the swimming pool sequence when Oskar is held underwater
A Serbian Film - after all the abuse and mayhem when the traumatised family have breakfast the mother and boy look dead - its too sad as you know it cannot end good
Melancholie Der Engel - lol - lets throw a dying disemboweled man on a fire then piss and jerk off over the corpse

The Final (little known teen revenge flick) - when 2 bullies are forced to start cutting off each others fingers - nasty

Fire In The Sky - mainly boring alien abduction film until the last 15 minutes or so when it goes freakily creepy with a fairly graphic alien probing - aliens capture a man wrap him in clingfilm stuff, hold his eye open and poured in what looks like alien jizz
Red Room . theres something pretty sick and twisted about the hairdryer in the mouth scene or maybe the broken lightbulb in the vagina
A Clockwork Orange Rape scene. Repetetively having to watch Beverly Hills Chihuahua 1 AND 2 (I know, the full combo. I should get the blu-ray special edition with commentary and additional *beep* and Airbuds because of my younger sibling. The movies he watches definitely are more soul raping than anything made to be scary.
