1. Irreversible (rape scene)
2. Ichi the Killer (nipple slice)
3. Oldboy (after you find out she was his daughter)
4. tetsuo the iron man( the whole movie is *beep* up... i love it)
5. Cannibal Holocaust (all animal killings)
I have alot more such as Men behind the sun etc, but i only said 5 lol. What are the hardest scenes in a movie for you to watch?

2. Eastern Promises (The knife fight)
3. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (The rape scenes)
4. Irreversible (The fire extinguisher scene)
5. Misery (The end fight between Paul & Annie)

Surprised I couldn't see rape scenes from 'clockwork orange' and 'cape fear' mentioned. The sheer madness in the eyes if the rapist and his body language makes the scenes more haunting.
