"Irreversible" --> The rape/beating scene. Most disturbing thing ever. After the 9 minutes, I finally noticed my mouth was wide open.
"Martyrs" --> The last 30 minutes of the movie are so depressingly depressing.
"Saw II" --> I don't know why, but the part where the girl gets thrown in the pit of syringes. Buhhhhh!
"Hills Have Eyes (remake)" --> The whole trailer scene. Disturbed me pretty good.
"I often don't think a lot about the ramifications of anything I do" -Will Ferrell

1. Irreversible - This is the most horrific rape scene in this movie. I could barely sit through it.
2. Dead Man Walking - rape scene before they shot the boy and girl
3. Suspira - the violent scene where girl was repeatedly stabbed and then hung
4. Scream - the first scene with Drew Barrymore being tormented before gutted
5. Exorcist - girl being forced to masturbate with cross in a violent way by spirit possessing her

dunno if it was mentioned here, but Das Experiment has some pretty tough scenes to watch, like Irreversible, das experiment made me very angry... good movies..

Rape scene was incredibly tame and dull compared to some of the other rape scenes out there, I just think this movie was more visible than those.

I Saw The Devil has some great cringe worthy scenes. If you havent seen it and love asian cinema, what the hell are you waiting for.
share1. Cannibal Holocaust: Seriously, the movie's just awful... bad acting, crappy script, and the director did some crazy stuff that can't be undone.... for the sake of his *expletive* movie?! This is one I wish I'd NEVER watched. That's what happens when you go in not knowing anything about a film except that it was banned in some places.
2. Martyrs: Lead's abuse sequence, especially close to and including the finale stage, and the people just wanting to know something - even now the thought of them makes me sick.
3. The Serbian Film: New Born, Machete scene, Family reunion at work, Teeth
4. Irreversible: The movie is just so well done that it messes with your mind.
5. Schindler's List: Yes, I know that's a weird one to add to this list, but this was the only movie, in my history of film watching (about 45 years), where I began to feel physically ill by what I was watching.

1) Irreversible-rape scene and fire extinguisher scene
2) The Girl Next Door-young woman's genitalia being burned with a blow torch
3) Salo-pretty much the whole movie cuz it's dangerously close to kiddy porn
4) Men Behind the Sun-woman's flesh being ripped off her arms
5) Texas Chainsaw Massacre-dinner scene-classic!
