1. Irreversible - This is the most horrific rape scene in this movie. I could barely sit through it.
2. Dead Man Walking - rape scene before they shot the boy and girl 3. Suspira - the violent scene where girl was repeatedly stabbed and then hung 4. Scream - the first scene with Drew Barrymore being tormented before gutted 5. Exorcist - girl being forced to masturbate with cross in a violent way by spirit possessing her
dunno if it was mentioned here, but Das Experiment has some pretty tough scenes to watch, like Irreversible, das experiment made me very angry... good movies..

1) Slaughtered Vomit Dolls - first 20 minutes 2) August Underground Mordum - guy cutting his own dick with a clipboard scene 3) Flower of Flesh and Blood - eye gouging scene 4) Saló - whole movie 5) Mondo Cane - intro
1. Cannibal Holocaust: Seriously, the movie's just awful... bad acting, crappy script, and the director did some crazy stuff that can't be undone.... for the sake of his *expletive* movie?! This is one I wish I'd NEVER watched. That's what happens when you go in not knowing anything about a film except that it was banned in some places.
2. Martyrs: Lead's abuse sequence, especially close to and including the finale stage, and the people just wanting to know something - even now the thought of them makes me sick.
3. The Serbian Film: New Born, Machete scene, Family reunion at work, Teeth
4. Irreversible: The movie is just so well done that it messes with your mind.
5. Schindler's List: Yes, I know that's a weird one to add to this list, but this was the only movie, in my history of film watching (about 45 years), where I began to feel physically ill by what I was watching.
