I lot of my favorites aren't so much individual riffs as they are running gags:

Just watched "The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies" last night and I have to say this line had me laughing out loud,
"I didn't know there was an interpretive dance for Mein Kampf".
Also from "Incredibly Strange Creatures": when Crow starts softly singing "The Little Drummer Boy" during the girly show dance sequence, and then the carols keep coming. Kills me every time.
share"STAY!!!" from The Undead. Gets me everytime.
