The nonstop laughing at the end of Devilfish. The movie ends with a cheesy joke and Mike and the robots laugh throughout the whole credits. Its hilarious!

Here's something from Final Sacrifice that is hilarious, but not a riff.
It's the actual poster for the movie, using it's alternate title 'Quest For The Lost City'. Look at it closely and see if you can detect any flaws, particularly related to how Rowsdower and the kid look compared to how they really look in the film:

Another thing that isn't really a riff. In City Limits, when Joel gets pissed off as soon as a flashlight is seen and Crow mentions the NBC Mystery Movie.
