“Boneless wings” are not chicken wings at all. They are cuts in chicken breast to reduce replicate chicken wings—but they are white meat, not juicy dark meat. They are complete bullshit.

I've never thought they were wings, but I do have to admit that as a fully grown adult, if I'm in a pub, I'd rather order boneless wings than nuggets.

shareIt sounds like when McDonald's did a pork rib sandwich down here. Obviously you can't have bones in a sandwich but the "pork rib" wasn't real rib meat. It was this minced pork concoction smooshed together as a patty. Big difference between that and actual pork rib meat which has a different texture.
I prefer the juicy dark meat and are often frustrated that so many chicken dishes are all white meat.

Duck and goose are all dark meat. But both are extremely greasy.
