This winter here in New York has been a nasty, sleety son of a bitch

I didn’t buy it but I found an old ‘push’ snow shovel in the back of the garage, you brace it with both hands against your belly and Boy, you can clear the driveway in 20 minutes!

The former owners of this property left a lot of goodies for me!

And all the previous owners left me was an old broom and a bunch of half-empty paint cans that I had to get rid of at the county hazmat collection site.

An Ahsoka Funko Pop. Really tied the shelf together.

I rarely buy new things unless my old things need replacing. The older I get the more I appreciate money in the bank over spending it on the latest “must-have” item.

THAT SAID, I did recently buy this 20th anniversary white vinyl record. Couldn’t resist. That woman has always known how to make me part with my hard earned cash 😊

Very nice. I always feel like vinyl is a good investment.

A Telecaster electric guitar.

how is it?

I ended up going for Squier which is Fender's budget brand, figured I would give it a go as Tele's were never a big thing for me. I like the sound and the guitar it plays above it's price range and if I felt like it, I can always upgrade it later on. Or just get a Fender Telecaster lol.

Feather makes this cheap mostly plastic "Popular" TTO one piece model and an expensive precision engineered all stainless steel "copy" of a vintage Gillette Tech three piece razor, and nothing in between.

Tabac Shaving Soap - new formula without tallow made in Germany

The image is of the old formula with tallow which is cream coloured, a very good shaving soap. The new "vegan" formula is a white puck. I'll see how it compares to the old.
