“What are we gonna do???”
I just so happened to rewatch Dawn of the Dead (1978) this week, because I had just finished the book. I have to say I just don’t think as much of it as I used to. Being that you haven’t seen it before, I’d love to know your thoughts afterwards.
I’m thinking of a top ten right now.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Sleepless or The Card Player.
I think Andy already knows who it is. :)
I’m so glad you liked it! I’m a major Fulci fan and I really love Italian films from this era in general.
What we really need now is a “list your top 10 zombie films” in general chat. :)
You really need to check it out.
….. there is quite a sad ending.
Right! They could have snuck in without being seen almost anywhere else.
Silver Saddle (1978), which I haven’t watched yet, was directed by Lucio Fulci. Has anyone seen it?
Here are some other 70’s underrated westerns I would recommend.
Compenaros (1970)
Four of the Apocalypse (1975)
And God Said to Cain (1970)
Keoma (1976)
The Hunting Party (1971)
A Man Called Blade (1977)
Cut-Throats Nine (1972)
I would have much preferred better gun shot sound effects and do away with all the ricochet sounds completely.
