Were you into video games growing up? If so, which ones?

Growing up, There weren't any arcades around our area. So we'd just play outside all day. With marbles & stuff. For a time, we were kinda obsessed with cards. We were basically gambling cause we'd use cigarette packets as "money". Not the actual cigarettes, just the unfolded packet/paper. It was fun

Anyways, I didn't get my first console till I was around 12-13 years. It was the Nintendo 64. I had Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, FIFA World Cup '98, Golden Eye, Mario Golf & 2 others that I can't recall

I was obsessed with Golden Eye. As an adult, I don't really care for first person shooter games but back then, I could not put down that game. Would play it for hours & hours. One of the best games I've played in my lifetime

I still love video games, but the last one I liked was Red Dead Redemption for PS3.

I bought the Nintendo64 strictly for Turok Dinosaur Hunter. I tried Goldeneye and Star Wars but was not impressed.

Most favoritest ever: Scarface The World Is Yours PS2.

The best old Atari game was Adventure.

Adventure is my all time favorite console game even though the dragons looked like ducks.

I think I played Street Fighter at an arcade a few times because my friend was obsessed with it. That was my first gaming experience. But the first console I ever owned was an Atari 2600, I believe. I had a lot of games and I had to share it with my siblings, but we were all in love with it and basically spent every day on that thing. Then we moved onto computer games on floppy disk, and I was obsessed with this Nightmare on Elm Street game - which I believe you can play online now on a site called Classic Reload. Then it was the Nintendo 64, where I played a lot of Super Smash Bros and Mortal Kombat.

I've since tried all the consoles - PS, XBOX, Nintendo Game Cube and Switch, etc. and have a Switch atm, idk there's too many games to name.

Getting your first console, the Nintendo 64, must have been an interesting milestone in your gaming journey. The Nintendo 64 had a fantastic library of games, and it's obvious that GoldenEye made a lasting impression on you. Many share similar feelings towards this game, as it was revolutionary in its day and was instrumental in popularising first-person shooters on consoles. But consoles are not the only thing of interest today, as online casinos are always in demand, especially when https://casinosanalyzer.com/online-casinos/punt.casino there are reviews on real casinos. Interestingly, our gaming preferences can change over time, and it's nice that you have such fond memories of GoldenEye, even though your gaming tastes have changed. Nostalgia for the games we played in our youth often holds a special place in our hearts, reminding us of simpler and more carefree times.

My video game days were in the late 70s until the mid 80s when Atari ruled. Actually I guess Atari went kaput around 1983 after they paid Steven Spielberg a fortune to license E.T. and publish a game nobody wanted to play. In 1992 I got into playing Street Fighter 2 on the SuperNintendo for a short time.

Does anyone remember the electromechanical arcade games that preceded video games?
