My car was recently hit in the parking lot. I had to file a police report and report the incident to my insurance company. The guy who hit my car was a complete jerk about it and was yelling at me. First time that has ever happened to me. I cried so much that day... π
shareI've had gotten into a couple bicycle accidents due to drivers not paying attention, one was where a driver hit me and one was where I've gotten sideswiped by a vehicle, fortunately I walked away without a scratch.
shareAs a kid, yeah. The guy who hit us was very clearly in the wrong, but he yelled at us as he continued to speed past us as though we'd hit him. My mother was in shock, so she didn't know how to react immediately, but it was already to late to catch up to the dude and her car was damaged - but no one was hurt thankfully.
shareAround 15 years ago I had an old restored k series GMC and I was hit head on by a small car and my truck rolled over several times at about 65mph. The truck landed up side down and I had a hard time getting out because it was crushed like a tin can.
I had my seat belt on and I walked away without a scratch. Alway wear your seatbelt people.
